Progress continues clearing the property in Cumberland Foreside, Maine for the new 45-unit condominium development.

Shinberg Consulting was instrumental in providing the value engineering to bring the project into budget in order to start the job and obtaining the entitlements for this project, including the planning board approvals and the building permit.

As the Owner’s Representative, Shinberg Consulting negotiated with and hired the development team, including the architect, landscape architect, geotechnical engineer, and general contractor on behalf of the owner of The Mark.
