Two Lights Dental, Cape Elizabeth, Maine

Construction is nearly complete on the new home for Two Lights Dental—on time and on budget.

Scheduled to open at the end of April, Dr. David Jacobson’s dental practice is moving to its newly constructed location in the town center of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, doubling their space.

This new building also provides three greatly needed new apartments in the town center.

In addition to serving as the owner’s representative for the new Two Lights Dental building, Shinberg Consulting coordinated the development and construction of its location in the new Town of Cape Elizabeth town green. There is now work in progress to add children’s play equipment and other amenities to the town green, a welcome addition to downtown.
