The location of this new custom home on a beautiful and windy oceanfront site in midcoast Maine creates the need for careful supervision and coordination to ensure a weathertight and structurally sound residence.

The installation is complete on the new slate roof, doors, and windows. The weathertight shell will be complete by Labor Day.

Working closely with the architectural designer, Maltese Design, and the homeowner to provide custom heating and cooling systems, cabinetry, flooring and finishes, Shinberg Consulting is coordinating to maintain the budget while achieving the highest quality custom designs.

Completion is estimated for winter 2023.
