Greg Shinberg of Shinberg Consulting was the Owner’s Representative for the Intermed building at 84 Marginal Way in Portland, Maine, a new office building with 110,000 sq ft office space, retail and 535-car parking garage, completed in 2009.

The inspiration for the design of 84 Marginal Way is a building located in Boston, MA called Independence Wharf.
